For this four day trip, I packed some Vega Sport protein powder with a mix of almonds and walnuts for breakfast. I also have a B12 complex supplement that I take once a day. For my meals, I made two legume (bean) based meals. Home-cooked refried pinto beans with seitan and jalapeños, and sauteéd kale, yellow zucchini, and kidney beans. I seasoned the kale with pink Himalayan sea salt. Airline life can be tough but that's why good nutrition is important!
